Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (we prefer 3 business days). Each item is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- US orders 3-7 business days
- Digital products: delivered instantly via download after purchase
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and or holidays.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide from the United States. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and make take longer due to customs processing.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital files, all digital sales are final.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ridgeline Raw is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost of Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. However, if your package appears lost, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
