Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of Ridgeline Raw pieces, all physical product sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Physical Products
We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request assistance, you must:
- Contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Include your order number
Requests submitted after the 5 day window may not be eligible for review. But please contact us regardless.
If your request is approved, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable SituationsWe do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size expectations
- Normal variations in natural materials
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Digital Products
All digital downloads are fine sale and non-refundable due to the nature of instant file delivery.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for refund
Chargebacks

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as natural materials such as stone, antler, wood, and beadwork may have slight variations that make each piece unique and most can never be replicated.
